Overview of LFP Services’ Website Design & Build Case Study

I worked with London Fire Prevention Services, a UK-based fire safety provider, to design and build a new company website from the ground up. The goal was to create a clear, professional online presence that accurately reflected the business, supported enquiries, and could scale as the company grew. The project involved designing and building the site in Framer, iterating through several rounds of feedback to refine layout, navigation, and content. From initial build to launch, the site was delivered in under a month. Alongside the design and development work, I handled the full go-live process, including domain access, deployment, and ongoing billing setup, allowing the client to remain hands-off throughout. The result was a conversion-focused, easy-to-manage website that now serves as a dependable foundation for the business, with ongoing support in place to keep it up to date as requirements evolve.

Our Approach

Strategy & Implementation

The project began with a focus on clarity and usability. As a service-led business, LFP Services needed a website that made it immediately clear what they offer, who they serve, and how to get in touch. Navigation was kept deliberately simple, guiding visitors quickly to key services and enquiry points.

The site was built in Framer using a flexible CMS structure, allowing new services and projects to be added over time without requiring a rebuild. A scalable projects system was introduced so completed work could be showcased and expanded as the business grows.

To strengthen the visual presentation, I sourced and implemented high-quality, royalty-free imagery to complement the content and improve overall credibility. Conversion principles were applied throughout the site, with clear calls to action positioned consistently to encourage enquiries at multiple touchpoints.

Once the build was complete, I managed the entire launch process, including pushing the site live through the client’s domain provider and ensuring everything was correctly configured and operational from day one.

Key Results & Outcomes

This project delivered a number of practical, business-focused outcomes:

  • A fully custom website designed and launched in under one month

  • Clear service-led navigation improving usability and enquiry flow

  • CMS-driven structure allowing services and projects to scale over time

  • Conversion-focused layout with clear CTAs across the site

  • A hands-off launch process with no technical burden on the client

The website now functions as a professional, low-maintenance platform that supports both current operations and future growth.

Evolution of the Approach

Phase

Approach

Phase 1: Design & Iteration

Built the site in Framer, iterating through multiple feedback rounds to refine layout, content, and structure.

Phase 2: Build & Optimisation

Implemented CMS-driven services and projects, added conversion-focused CTAs, and enhanced visuals with royalty-free imagery.

Phase 3: Launch & Ongoing Support

Managed the full go-live process, domain configuration, and billing, followed by a transition into ongoing website support.

Ongoing Support & Next Steps

Following the launch, the project transitioned into an ongoing support arrangement. This ensures that updates, content changes, and small improvements can be handled efficiently without disrupting day-to-day operations.

With a scalable CMS and clear site structure in place, the website is well positioned to evolve alongside the business, supporting new services, additional projects, and future refinements as required.
